Originally from Moscow, Russia, I came to the United States to study finance. I spent several years at Ohio University earning my Bachelor’s and then Master’s degrees in Business Administration and Finance.
Prior to starting in commercial real estate, I worked in finance and investment sectors. Some of the tasks I performed included:
- financial management
- budget development and control
- cash flow forecasting and analysis
- business evaluation
- internal auditing
- investment analysis
- portfolio management
As I transitioned into commercial real estate, I worked as an agent at two local commercial real estate brokerages. Once I was ready to expand and service my clients better, I obtained a broker’s license and opened up my own commercial real estate company.
My experience in finance and investments allows me to provide clients with a competent guidance throughout the process of buying, selling, or leasing commercial real estate.
Striving to continue to increase my knowledge and expertise, I am currently earning CCIM designation. It would allow me to be recognized worldwide as an advanced commercial real estate professional.
I vow to handle each transaction with professionalism, high integrity, and deep commitment to my clients. I firmly believe in building long-term relationships and always put my clients’ interests first.
I am a member of National Association of Realtors, CCIM Institute, Emerald Coast Association of Realtors, Fort Walton Beach Chamber of Commerce, and Economic Development Council of Okaloosa County. I’m honored to serve as a member of the Executive Committee for the Board of Directors of FWB Chamber of Commerce. I am also a proud board member for two amazing non-profit organizations – Mental Heath Association for Okaloosa and Walton Counties and Fresh Start for Children and Families.
I live in Fort Walton Beach, FL with my husband and two sons. My husband is a founder and owner of an engineering company and the boys are students at Choctawhatchee High School and Saint Mary Catholic School. We stay very active as a family, enjoy travelling, and love spending time outside.
